Hi I'm Nat (he/him), Most people describe me as easy going, friendly, and say that my calm nature is contagious.  I approach the world with open-mindedness, and very much enjoy exploring different perspectives on life. For me, the most important part鈥�

I founded Holden Place Therapy to create a calm, reflective space for those living with grief, loss, trauma, and the complex emotions that come with life鈥檚 inevitable changes. My vision brings together warmth, integrity, and professional care to supp鈥�

I work in London and via Zoom with couples and individual adults, I have a particular interest in relational trauma and my approach is trauma-informed from vast experience in my personal and professional life. I work holistically and somatically with鈥�
