I connect especially well with young people who are struggling to know who they are. They have a deep desire to be heard and understood, but can鈥檛 quite reach it or express it. They often feel 鈥渄ifferent鈥� or on the outside of things. These children t鈥�

After a decade of researching consciousness as a neuroscientist, and a successful academic career, my own personal journey led me into the therapy room first as a client and eventually as a therapist. I have experienced myself and also witnessed in m鈥�

I am a registered counsellor offering a warm, respectful and supportive space where you can explore what is happening for you at your own pace. I understand that coming to counselling can feel like a big step, and I aim to offer a relationship where 鈥�

Beyond the basics of talk-therapy, sessions may include: mindfulness, inner child work, or exploring your mind-body connection. I also like to work with our various 'parts' and how they function (IFS). My role is to help illuminate what limiting beli鈥�
