I offer longer-term once or twice weekly therapy for more complex needs and/or to work at a deeper level.  Standard sessions are 50 minutes and double sessions can be arranged. I also offer shorter term therapy with a focus on a specific single issue鈥�

I offer Effective Counselling in Suffolk ; Experienced, No Nonsense, down to Earth help with your problems. Under a Person Centred Approach I use effective, Solution Focused tools.  We will identify the REAL problems in the here and now, YOUR goals a鈥�

Hello, my name is Helen, I have always had an affinity to listening to others which inspired me to change my career path and successfully complete a BA (Hons) in Counselling Studies and Life Coaching. Over the last 13 years鈥� I have had the privilege 鈥�

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist offering in-person therapy in London NW3 (Hampstead) and NW11 (Golders Green). Outside of private practice, I work as a psychotherapist in the Trauma Unit at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. I have 鈥�

I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and BSc in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My area of expertise is anxiety, burnout and emotional overwhelm. Anxiety has a way of presenting itself in so many ways, it could be drinking more than you norm鈥�

Each person is unique and therefore I will tailor my approach to meet your individual needs. People come to me for many different reasons. Some are navigating life transitions such as changes in career, parenthood, retirement or relationship breakdow鈥�

Change is possible and often simple, but not always easy. To change we need to willingly embrace uncertainty and trust the process of transformation. My role as a counsellor is to support you as you identify, explore, and enact the changes you want t鈥�
