My passion for counselling comes from witnessing how the simple act of talking  about an issue causing a client anxiety and concern can lead to a productive long term change for that person.  It is a real honour to see someone who started their couns鈥�

I am an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with over 20 years鈥� experience working in NHS healthcare, including 10 years as a qualified NHS counsellor. I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, panic, emotional overwhelm or the long-t鈥�
