My approach is integrative, drawing from a range of theories and frameworks. It is informed by Person-Centred and Psychodynamic principles, and is underpinned by a belief in an individual鈥檚 inherent potential to understand themselves more deeply. I鈥�

I work mainly from a Cognitive Behavioural Approach (CBT) and also have trained and gained experience utilising: Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Based Therapies, Hypnotherapy, Person Centred, Couples & Family Systemic Therapy, Transa鈥�

As a Psychodynamic counsellor I work with clients to overcome issues in the here and now, as well as exploring the impact of childhood and past experiences on current behaviours. I help my clients to understand why they are the way they are as well a鈥�
