About me and my therapy practice

Life transitions, wedding planning, navigating a breakup, or ongoing relationship challenges can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. What you really want is a calmer, more intentional connection—with your partner and with yourself. 

I help individuals and couples strengthen their relationships by building self-awareness, fostering mindful communication, and creating partnerships grounded in clarity, trust, and conscious connection. 

I believe that strong relationships begin with the relationship you have with yourself. We start by building self-awareness and understanding your patterns, desires, and needs. From there, we explore mindful communication, emotional regulation, and strategies to strengthen connection and clarity within your relationships.

My work is guided by the philosophy of Understand, Accept, Change:

  • Understand: Gain insight into yourself, your patterns, and your relationship dynamics.
  • Accept: Embrace your authentic self and acknowledge your reality without judgment.
  • Change: Take intentional steps to reset patterns, communicate more effectively, and create the connection you want.

I integrate person-centred, transpersonal, solution-focused, and coaching approaches to tailor our work to your unique situation. This means sessions are collaborative, practical, and grounded in the reality of your life.
