My work is integrative - drawing from a variety of therapeutic styles and theory. I work with Rogers' Person Centred warmth at heart, together with a psychodynamic understanding of how our patterns and past have influenced who we are. I keep the soci鈥�

Many of the people I see deal with the effects of childhood trauma. The traumas might have been emotional, physical, mental, sexual, or spiritual, and any of these aspects of self may be affected. Having worked with such a diversity of people over a 鈥�

I have completed four years of formal training in Transactional Analysis and Psychotherapy along with additional training at a Certificate level in other areas of interest, such as CBT and Addiction. I have been awarded the UKATA Diploma in Transacti鈥�
