I am a Person-Centred Therapist. What led me on this path was realising that I needed some clarity in my life and for the longest time, I didn't have a voice of my own. Person Centered therapy helps bring your own feelings to the surface and gives yo鈥�

A client鈥檚 introduction to therapy is often prompted by an inner recognition that something does not feel right or does not feel natural. It is difficult for most of us to pinpoint the source of our discomfort although we are aware of its impact on o鈥�
