I work with individuals who experience low self-esteem, various forms of loss, and relationship insecurity. These struggles often manifest as anxious or depressive patterns of self-criticism, people-pleasing, or challenges with intimacy or isolation.鈥�

My approach is humanistic and deeply rooted in person鈥慶entred therapy, meaning I prioritise empathy, respect, and your pace. There鈥檚 no expectation to have the 鈥渞ight鈥� words 鈥� you set the focus and pace of each conversation. Some sessions may be refl鈥�
