 I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and BSc in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My area of expertise is anxiety, burnout and emotional overwhelm. Anxiety has a way of presenting itself in so many ways, it could be drinking more than you norma鈥�
