About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced couples counsellor offering relationship counselling to same sex and heterosexual individuals and couples who come from a wide range of different backgrounds cultures and religions. I have had a private practice for the past 20 years in West Hampstead and more recently in Central London W1. My special interest is working with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) which helps make sense of relationship distress and restructure negative couple interactions into feelings of connections and safety. My working hours are Monday - Friday 8-5pm
