Feeling seen, heard and understood is essential for our health and I provide a safe place for this.  When we feel that our bodies and minds are working against us it can overwhelm, exhaust and isolate us. I am an experienced therapist, using a Trauma鈥�

I am an empathetic, integrative counsellor, primarily person-centred, providing a warm and safe space where you can feel truly heard and supported. I also draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and psychod鈥�
