I work with individual adults in an integrative way, influenced by humanistic and psychodynamic theory. During our weekly counselling sessions, I will encourage you to explore what is most important to you, and we will work together to progress on yo鈥�

My approach is integrative and holistic, tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. I work from a trauma-informed perspective, drawing on psychodynamic and humanistic techniques where I implement some grounding and stabilising techniques to suppor鈥�

My Approach Psychodynamic therapy uses self-reflection and self-examination along with a focus on the relationships between therapist and client as a way of exploring our way of being in relationships, our patterns of behaviour, thoughts and feelings鈥�

I mainly  work with talking therapy but am trained in CBT,Bereavement, trauma,( including ptsd and sexual assault ). Couple counselling. And children. I am in full time work in educational setting with children and Adults.
