I work using psychodynamic model and integrate other modalities to meet the clients needs. My clients are offered both long and short term work, planned with them depending on their availability and personal struggles My work is online phone or video鈥�

I am an integrative health psychotherapist with 25+ years experience, focusing on how stress, emotional pain and poor health perturb the many systems in our bodies. From how we cope with pressure, our automatic thoughts and hard to break habits, to h鈥�

I work face to face in lovely practice rooms in W2, and online with Couples and Individuals.   Our Practice Rooms are within easy walking distance of public transport.   Sometimes it is easier to schedule an online session and I provide online via Go鈥�

I was drawn to psychotherapy as a way of helping people improve their quality of life so they feel less troubled or overwhelmed by the difficulties they are facing. I offer sessions on Saturday mornings and weekday daytime and evenings. My goal is to鈥�
