I provide a safe, confidential space, where we will identify and work through what is troubling you. We will look into how past events influence your current life and relationships. As you undertake this journey, I will guide and support you, so you 鈥�

I work with individuals and offer short term, time limited and longer term work, depending on your own individual requirements. I have a lot of experience in  focused short term work (around 6 to 15 sessions). Please note, I do not offer couples ther鈥�
