Here is a little bit about me. My journey to becoming a qualified counsellor began with personal experiences. Struggling with dyslexia in school and facing significant life challenges, including loss and navigating complexed family dynamics, led me t鈥�

I understand that taking the first steps towards finding a counsellor might be daunting for some people. I offer a warm, caring and confidential space for you to explore personal issues safely and without judgement, at your own pace. I can help with 鈥�

My approach to therapy is mainly synthetic (integrative), which simply means that I combine techniques and strategies from various counselling modalities. Given the knowledge I have gained from 2 long therapy trainings I have attended so far, I draw 鈥�
