I am a psychodynamic trained counsellor, which is a type of talking therapy.  Therapy can be for current issues and difficulties and for long term difficulties and traumas, including childhood challenges and traumas.  Therapy may also be used to work鈥�

I work with young people, adults and couples.  I am trained as an Integrative Counsellor, combining three theoretical approaches. A Person Centred approach being the basis of my work. This means that sessions are client led, we take things at your pa鈥�

I have worked within the NHS Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Services and can see people privately in the Harley Street Clinic and online. My training includes a Psychodynamic Counselling and Skills in a Psychosocial Framework (CertHE) and an MSc in Psyc鈥�
