I am an accredited counsellor with 17 years experience working with Samaritans, Cruse, a hospice, private practice and co-delivering courses on Anger Management and Stress. As a course tutor in FE, I also supported teenagers with stressful life situa鈥�

I practice humanistic, integrative counselling which means you are the expert on you and I am here to meet you without judgement. In these confidential sessions we will work together to explore your feelings, goals and what keeps you from moving forw鈥�
