Here is a little bit about me. My journey to becoming a qualified counsellor began with personal experiences. Struggling with dyslexia in school and facing significant life challenges, including loss and navigating complexed family dynamics, led me t鈥�

I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist (Dip.Co), providing a non-judgmental and empathetic service to support clients to get to where they want to be. My model of counselling is integrative, drawing on components from Psychodynamic Theory an鈥�

I am a Person-Centred Counsellor offering a confidential, safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental listening space. I am here to support and walk along side you as we explore the challenges that have brought you to therapy, and help you find a way forwa鈥�

I believe much of the distress we experience is relational at the core and that hope and healing can begin to be found in a therapeutic relationship.  I find that many of my clients are individuals and couples seeking to improve the quality of commun鈥�
