I offer both short term counselling for a specific issue you may wish to address, and longer term therapy, providing emotional support to help you through what may be a difficult period in your life. The fee I currently charge is £75-£95 per session.鈥�

I have 25 years experience listening to people and supporting them with emotional difficulties and I work as a psychodynamic psychotherapist which means that helping you is based in a relationship between us. An initial session or two should be enoug鈥�

My work is rooted in contemporary psychodynamic and psychoanalytic thinking. I am interested in the deeper structures that shape emotional life: the unconscious patterns, internalised relationships, and formative experiences that continue to influenc鈥�
