I work integratively which means that I draw from several theories that work to reconnect your mind, body, emotions and soul to create a greater sense of well-being.  Alongside the use of traditional talking therapies, I like to offer a more creative鈥�

Nearly thirty years ago now, I originally trained in counselling , followed by dramatherapy  (Reg.HCPC). I then went on to do further trainings in Integrative counselling with children and adolescents (Reg. M麻豆原创). I am also a trained Supervisor (Met鈥�
