As an Integrative therapist, I draw on a wide range of perspectives including Person Centred and Psychodynamic theories which are the most influential in my approach to counselling. Drawing on these modalities, I will help you to explore and uncover 鈥�

I offer longer-term once or twice weekly therapy for more complex needs and/or to work at a deeper level.  Standard sessions are 50 minutes and double sessions can be arranged. I also offer shorter term therapy with a focus on a specific single issue鈥�
