Choosing a counsellor can feel like a big step. I offer a warm, flexible approach shaped around what works for you.  As a pluralistic counsellor, I don鈥檛 believe in one-size-fits-all therapy.  I can offer creative counselling for those who find talki鈥�

I work mainly with young adults (16鈥�30) who are struggling with low mood, low self-esteem, and anxiety, including social anxiety and general worry. I also have experience supporting neurodiverse clients, including those with ADHD and autism.
