I work with a wide range of difficulties, including self esteem issues, depression, anxiety, pregnancy & birth related issues, relationship difficulties and life transitions, with people from all walks of life. I am particularly interested in working鈥�

To me counselling and psychotherapy are an incredibly powerful way to find self acceptance and deeply explore a sense of self. I believe that talking therapy has the potential to benefit everyone no matter where they are at in life and I have persona鈥�

I offer online, face to face or outdoor counselling to adults and young people (over 16), on a short or long term basis. I provide a relaxed, safe and confidential environment in which you are free to be yourself without being judged.  I'm down to ea鈥�

I work primarily in an integrative trauma informed way with a strong base in CBT and transactional analysis . 

My practice draws on our growing understanding of how our minds  and brains are shaped, and how therapy can help us thrive, change our minds, brains, and relationships with others and with ourselves. My foundation is Person-centred. I am pluralistic 鈥�
