I am a humanistic counsellor, working with individuals and couples who experience various psychological difficulties that arise in their effort to deal with problems they encounter in living. My primary concern in therapy is to establish a confiden鈥�

 I have been qualified as a Transpersonal Psychotherapist since 2010. Prior to that I worked for 30 years as a qualified Occupational Therapist working with clients who had physical illness and disability some of whom also had psychological trauma an鈥�

I work relationally with each client. I feel the most important thing is for each client to feel safe. I specialise in trauma, PTSD, grief, health anxiety, chemotherapy, perinatal loss, IVF, divorce, fertility issues, exam stress, sexual abuse, GAD, 鈥�

 natural surroundings with the healing power of nature. When in nature, we are often better able to pause and reflect, making space to process emotions, reflect on our feelings and listen to our inner voice. This can help us to see our problems more 鈥�

I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist and have been accredited by the 麻豆原创 since 2012.  I have also been accredited by BICA (www.bica.net) since 2017. Additionally I provide Life Coaching and also have a Diploma in providing Clinical Sup鈥�
