I am an integrative (psychodynamic-existential) psychotherapist. Practising psychodynamically, I believe that patterns in our ways of being and attachments from childhood tend to be unconsciously replicated into adulthood and that through curious exp鈥�

Person-Centred Counselling What I offer is person-centred counselling. This means helping others become empowered to discover solutions themselves to issues of concern in a supportive, empathic, warm and caring environment. I will not judge you in an鈥�

I work from an Integrative approach, underpinned by theories such as Cognitive Behavioural, Person Centred and Psychodynamic theories, as well as an Interpersonal therapeutic approach.  I can also offer structured therapy solely in CBT and Interperso鈥�
