About me and my therapy practice

Do you find yourself constantly feeling on edge, overthinking, feeling misunderstood by others or carrying grief that feels so hard to put into words? Together we can help you become someone who embraces life with confidence and build a sense of hope, purpose, calmness and direction again.

I am a Â鶹ԭ´´ registered person centred counsellor in London working with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and questions around identity or neurodiversity. I work at your pace, with empathy and respect, helping you feel understood rather than judged.

My personal experience of grief has deepened my understanding of how lonely and overwhelming life can feel at times. It is this understanding which guides how I support clients, with calmness, patience and empathy.

Practice description

As a Person Centred counsellor I will walk alongside you offering warmth, calmness, honesty and acceptance.

You will have a space where you will be listened to and can explore your emotions freely without judgement. I believe that you have the inner strength to navigate your challenges and my role is to provide understanding, safety and trust during sessions as we work together.

I will support you in building confidence, acceptance and personal growth in a way which feels right for you and help you to feel more in control of your life.  I also utilise CBT and DBT skills which are useful for regulating emotions and developing coping strategies.
