I work in a person centred way, with Person Centred Therapy, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis.  I work intuitively following your needs.  Some carry pain, others grief, and others confusion to my door.  I follow your lead but will safely challenge 鈥�

Since 2006 I have helped individuals and couples, work through complex emotions, traumatic experiences and unhelpful thought patterns. In doing so, the approach reduces feelings of inferiority, builds con铿乨ence and develops trust to do the right thin鈥�
