Over the years I have gained extensive experience of working with Adults, Young People & Adolescents within a variety of roles & settings. As a Teacher, Mentor, Support Worker and qualified Counsellor I have supported individuals with many of life's鈥�

I work with children aged 4 - 12 using creative art, and play therapy as well as traditional talking therapy and EMDR with adolescents and adults. Additionally, I offer parenting support sessions for children that are too young to engage in therapy o鈥�

I offer talking therapy in a confidential, safe and relaxing environment. It may be easier to talk about personal issues, in an alternative place, with someone who is not involved and is totally non-judgemental. Counselling is my passion! I believe w鈥�
