I work in an integrative manner, and am trained in a Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic (CBT) approach. This involves becoming aware of your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, behaviours and your interpretation of these. Similarly, we will look 鈥�

I have worked as a qualified counsellor since 2002 with adults and young people in various settings: a GP surgery, a charity, a low-cost clinic, primary and secondary schools, and in private practice. Prior to my counselling training I worked in the 鈥�
