I work Tuesday to Thursday inclusive. My first session of the day starts at 9am and my last session starts at 6pm.

I qualified as a Person Centred Therapist in 2014 and this remains my core approach to therapy. I believe that the relationship between the Counsellor and Client is the cornerstone of the healing process. I work specifically with Behavioural Issues, Addiction, Substance Abuse, Trauma, Bereavement, and Relational issues.

Working in the fields of Addiction, Trauma and Bereavement has necessarily led me to explore a number of therapy pathways. Ideas around Attachment, Dissociation, Internal Relationships and Motivation have become key parts of my working model.

I endeavour to allow my clients to lead their counselling sessions, providing them the space to explore their priorities, whilst offering reflection, encouragement and challenge.

I offer Face to Face appointments in my counselling room in the village where I live.

I also offer appointments online.

I am experienced in offering brief, time framed counselling courses and open ended counselling.

Prior to qualifying as a Counsellor, I spent 10 years volunteering with a healing ministry and worked as a Driving Instructor. Sitting with people and listening and relating is what I do.

The rate for my first session is £30 and is a full hour. There is no obligation to sign up for continuing sessions at any point after the first session.
