About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified Person Centred Therapist working with Children, Young People & Adults. I have 20 years counselling experience and have extensive experience working with various agencies and charities including previous support with Victim Support, Mind, Hasag, NHS, Storm Guidance Cyber Crime Support & Anglia Ruskin University.

I have extensive experience of working with victims of crime, including supporting people affected by domestic abuse and homicide.

I believe my client is the expert in his or her own feelings and experience, and I help to facilitate and empower my clients to explore any issues my client has in a confidential non judgemental space, with the hope for acceptance, understanding and to move forwards with their life.

Practice description

I offer reduced rates to student counsellors and people on a lower income, please call in confidence to discuss this.

Please also contact me if you are struggling financially as I have a few sessions available at a further reduced rate.
