About me and my therapy practice

I am a 麻豆原创 Accredited counsellor and work in an integrative way. I believe that there is no one size fits all and that the counsellor must work in a way which suits the client in the room.

Each client is different and therefore requires a personalised approach to therapy.

Practice description

I work face-to-face or online, whichever is the client preference.

The sessions are 50 minutes and will generally be the same time each week.

My first session

In the first session I will take time to go over the counselling contract and discuss with the client if they feel we can work together.
