About me and my therapy practice

I offer counselling support to individuals in a safe and confidential space where you can explore whatever may have brought you to seek sessions. It could be a major trauma in your life, or struggling with personality issues or just feeling unhappy and distressed with life in general.

Highly skilled with over 20 years experience in the therapeutic field. Working with Samaritans, prison service, CRUSE and FE settings.

I aim to see clients promptly. Daytime and evening appointments available.

Practice description

I work from an office in Yeovil town centre for face to face clients.

I also offer video call sessions

My first session

I can be contacted by email or phone to discuss your presenting issues.

I do not offer a free initial session as I feel the session starts the moment we step into the room together, be this face to face or virtual.
