About me and my therapy practice

Counsellor & Psychological Astrologer. Are you struggling to recover from a life changing event? I can assist your recovery from bereavement, illness, maternity & pregnancy related losses. Together we will make sense of your tragedy, piece together your life and rebuild your sense of who you are.

Practice description

Bereavement, illness, maternity / pregnancy related losses leave us feeling fragmented and broken. We feel lost and confused. Life suddenly looks differently now and we see ourselves differently. Life as we knew it has gone and life now feels unrecognisable. Materialism and possessions become meaningless which is at odds living in a capitalist and consumerist society.

We start to yearn for a profound existence and a deeper, meaningful connection with life.

My experience to-date is helping people, like you, to make sense of their tragedy, to piece together their lives and to rebuild their sense of who they are now.

Maternity & pregnancy related losses include: termination for medical reasons (TFMR), still birth, miscarriages (at any stage) and neonatal deaths. I guide individuals and couples through their grief and anxiety, and facilitate processing any trauma. Additionally, I support those experiencing infertility issues and going through IVF.

Specifically, I help anyone effected by cancer. If you are patient and / or in remission I will explore with you the full spectrum of your losses; such as the loss of familiarity, control, trust in the body. Being sensitive to and facilitating you in re-evaluating life, exploring mortality, and any urgency you may have to resolve the past. I'll guide you in coping with waiting, tolerating uncertainty and managing anxiety about the future.
