Individual Fees: Mon - Thurs (between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm) £65. Any other time £75 per 50 minute session.

Couples Fees: Mon - Thurs (between 9.30 a.m and 4.30 pm) £80. Any other time £90 per 60 minute session.

I provide counselling through the pursuit and discovery of the most empowering resource of all: the self. I have witnessed that healing and change is possible through this therapeutic relationship which is why I am passionate about the Person-Centred Approach. As well as private practice, and being a relational supervisor, I have worked with actors in training offering one to one and group support. I have developed work specifically designed for the emotional wellbeing of actors and I have run workshops which I have taken into drama schools and colleges. 

My private practice is within my home, up two flights of stairs, overlooking Manor Park SE13. I do have two dogs and a cat, mention this in case of allergies etc.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes and the same price as any other session. Couples sessions are one hour or 90 minutes. The first session is introductions, and about me asking some questions in order to create a picture of where you are, as you see it. It gives you the experience of how I work and to ask me questions about my approach. If I am the right fit for you, we can explore how we might work together in order to come to an agreement of our working alliance.

I am a relational supervisor for the Deborah Ubee Trust in Greenwich where I facilitate both group and individual supervision. I also work with supervisees from my private practice in Hither Green, SE13 face to face, by telephone or video call. 

I also supervise groups at £25 per person per hour, with a minimum of three participants .

For supervision, I am working in a Person-Centred, relational way with the influence of my supervisor, many supervision models from my training and continual CPD.

The first session is an opportunity for you to give me a picture of where you are, as you see it, and for me to introduce you to how I work and for us to negotiate and explore how we might work together. I do structure it  with a set of open questions which enables me to get some information down on paper and invites you to describe your life, your world, and way of living/ functioning/ working to me.
