Therapy for Individuals - Daytime appointments are £57. Appointments that begin at 4.30pm or later are £60. Appointments on Saturdays are £65.

About me and my therapy practice
I have been awarded Accredited Âé¶¹Ô´´ of Âé¶¹Ô´´. This means that I have been assessed by Âé¶¹Ô´´ as achieving high standards of knowledge, experience and development. Âé¶¹Ô´´ accreditation is awarded through an in-depth application and assessment process.
I am also a Registered Member of the professional body for relationship therapists (COSRT). This means that relationship therapy is carried out in accordance with ethical guidelines.
I am a qualified Clinical Supervisor and I provide supervision for trainee counsellors, newly qualified counsellors and experienced counsellors.
In 2005 I was trained by Samaritans to work on their telephone helpline. Before setting up my private practice in 2014 I provided counselling in a variety of different settings - within a national drug and alcohol service, at a charity for families and carers and also in a high school.
Since 2015 part of my work with organisations involves working in-house as the Counsellor for OH3, an Occupational Health Company. I have provided counselling and CBT for many employees over the years who were struggling with the pressures of work and home life. I have also worked in Human Resources in the past.

Practice description
I provide therapy for people who are 18 or over. I work with people who refer themselves and people who are referred by their employer. To make a self-referral or if you are enquiring on behalf of an organisation please contact me for further information.
My practice is inclusive. I work with people who are neurodiverse, and I work with people of all genders, sexual identities and religious beliefs.
I believe that everybody is different so I tailor my approach to suit each person. I have a variety of approaches that I am able to use and I am committed to finding the right approach or combination of approaches to suit you.

If we both feel that therapy with me could be beneficial you might want to arrange to have a second session, but there is no requirement to arrange a further session. You may like to take some time to think about whether to arrange another appointment.

Hi, I'm a Âé¶¹Ô´´ Accredited Counsellor and COSRT Registered Relationship Therapist with a First Class Degree in Psychology and over eleven years' experience providing counselling and CBT. I have a special interest in anxiety disorders.
