About me and my therapy practice
I offer a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed space for individuals navigating depression, anxiety, low self-worth, life transitions, and the impact of past or present trauma.
People come to see me for all sorts of different reasons. I would describe the most common reasons being feelings of anxiety about their life, questions about the self, identity and belonging; unexpressed or unprocessed traumas, along with general ‘stuck in a rut’ life issues.
Practice description
I work with the Relational approach. This therapeutic approach is based on the idea that mutually satisfying relationships with others are key for one's emotional well-being. Through the course of our work, examining areas of your past and existing relationships will be necessary in order to gain insight, understanding and desired change.
Your appointments are a confidential, non-judgemental, safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I will offer empathic, thoughtful challenges and commentary to highlight to you ways in which you relate to others which may have been hidden from you. I will not tell you what to do but will assist your healing, understanding and personal growth.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer supervision that is reflective, collaborative and grounded in a commitment to anti-oppressive practice. I’m particularly interested in themes of cultural identity, power and privilege. I am informed by intersectional feminism, queer-affirming values, and a deep respect for difference.
I support counsellors, psychotherapists, trainees, and others in the helping professions who want to feel both held and challenged in their clinical thinking, professional and personal development.
Whether you’re exploring trauma work, identity-affirming practice, or just starting out, I aim to provide a space where we can think together about what’s happening – in the therapy room, in the wider systems you work in and within yourself.
