Hi my name is Heather. I am a Person Centred Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor.
I can offer face to face appointments or telephone appointments.
I work with the client allowing them the space to be heard and work at their own pace through their issues or difficulties.
My fees are 拢45 per session I offer concessionary rates.
I recommend a phone discussion prior to booking an appointment.
Practice description
I have various experience with clients who have experienced many things in their lives which have held them back from progressing as they wish and living the life they wish through lack of confidence or self esteem. Sometimes life experience such as Loss be it material eg Redundancy or a person can take away our ability to cope.
I have worked for fourteen years in a fertility clinic with clients who have experienced baby loss, still birth, infertility, anxiety, anger, depression and traumatic loss to name a few.
I can offer a safe place for face to face sessions or telephone sessions
I would be happy to have a conversation and answer any questions prior to booking an appointment.
Charges
拢45 for a session (each session is 1 hour long).
My first session
In an initial 30 minute free of charge session can confirm whether I can support a client with their presenting issues also this gives my clients the chance to assess whether they feel comfortable working with me.

I aim to be flexible with my availability and offering out of hours appointments when people work set daytime hours.

I am a Person Centred counsellor and supervisor. I have experience working with students as a supervisor and mentoring them through their training.
Practice description
I offer Person Centred supervision. I have wide and varied experience in my own client work which I have found to be helpful in my supervisory role. My focus is always to keep my supervisee and their clients safe.
I have worked with students at different stages of their training and look to be non-judgemental supporting them through their experiences with clients.
I offer 1:1 and video sessions.
My Fees are 拢45 and I offer concessionary rates for students.
