About me and my therapy practice
Therapy is a very personal, private and individual experience, there is nothing magical or mysterious about it - we come to therapy when something in our lives isn't working or we need to make changes. My intention is to support you to get in touch with your own goals and dreams. To reconnect you to that part in each of us that seeks hope and purpose and to help you to take control over the development of your own life. My approach is warm and empathic and I hope by creating a safe environment through establishing clear boundaries and developing trust, a meaningful connection evolves at a pace that is most comfortable for you.

About me and my therapy practice
I have been practising as a counsellor for over 15 years and bring a wealth of experience to my supervision practice. To further support this work, I completed the CPCAB Level 6 qualification in Counselling Supervision. This training, alongside my counselling practice, provides a strong framework that complements my integrative approach.
I have significant experience working with neurodiversity in both organisational and private settings. I have previously worked within several schools and have undertaken specific training in early intervention. In addition, I have extensive experience in private practice and have supported both young people and adults in crisis through sessional roles with the Self Harm Intervention Programme, Bright Future projects, and a number of other community organisations.
I currently supervise both qualified counsellors and trainee counsellors studying with CPCAB. My supervision practice follows the Â鶹Դ´â€™s recommended guidelines of 1.5 hours of supervision per month.
I offer a free introductory supervisory consultation so that we can explore whether we work well collaboratively. Ongoing supervision sessions are currently £60.00.
