About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I'm Moyosore, but most people call me Mo. – Gestalt Counsellor & Systemic Family Psychotherapist.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore life’s challenges and reconnect with your inner strengths. My approach is creative, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity. With a diverse toolkit and deep respect for each person’s unique story and identity, I’m here to walk alongside you – wherever you are on your journey.
Practice description
Warm, collaborative, relational
I prioritise building a trusting connection an empathetic, non-judgmental space where you’ll feel truly heard. We start by meeting (phone or online) to explore what brings you here and the kind of support you’re seeking. Sessions typically run weekly, and we review progress regularly.
Curiosity is central to my work. I encourage tapping into creative channels, such as art, imagination and movement to access deeper self-awareness and insight. This helps uncover old patterns and new possibilities. Drawing from Gestalt and systemic family therapy alongside various creative and experiential methods, I adapt to what feels most helpful for you. I acknowledge how race, gender, sexuality, ability, and cultural background shape our lives and experiences. These aspects inform our conversations and therapeutic work together.
There’s no set number of sessions. You might seek short-term support or long-term exploration. At regular check-ins, we discuss whether to continue, adjust focus, or conclude.
My first session
Normally I offer a 15min introductory chat (free), it's an opportunity to connect, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit. This is done online via zoom or on the phone.
Flexible structure - We work at your pace and in ways that feel meaningful and safe. Weekly or fortnightly sessions 50–60 minutes tailored to your needs, and regular reviews to check in on progress and direction.
If at the end of the chat you would like to work with me, I will send you a contract for therapy, to be completed before the first official session.

Practice description
Relational, collaborative, and reflective
At the heart of my supervision and training practice is a warm, collaborative relationship grounded in mutual respect, curiosity, and trust. I aim to create a reflective space where practitioners feel safe to explore clinical work, process challenges, and grow both professionally and personally.
My work is informed by Systemic, Gestalt, and relational models. Attending to the wider systems, contexts, and identities that shape both client and practitioner experience. Supervision becomes a space to slow down, notice process, and explore what is emerging in the here-and-now.
I value creativity and encourage supervisees and trainees to engage beyond the purely verbal. Using imagination, metaphor, role-play, and creative reflection to deepen understanding. I support exploration of 'out of awareness' dynamics, parallel processes, and the use of self in therapeutic work.
Issues of power, identity, and difference are central to my supervision practice. I invite open dialogue around race, gender, sexuality, class, ability, and other intersecting identities – understanding how these influence client work, organisational systems, and practitioner wellbeing.
Whether you're in training or an experienced practitioner, I offer a space that balances support with challenge. Together, we hold the complexity of therapeutic work, celebrate growth, and navigate areas of stuckness or uncertainty with curiosity and compassion.
My first session
An initial consultation is a chance to explore needs, expectations, and whether we're a good fit and is at the concessionary rate of £65. If we agree to continue working together. I will send my supervision contract to be completed and sent back to me before any ongoing official agreement is commenced.
Ongoing supervision is typically monthly and, in some cases, fortnightly, sessions last 60mins.
At the moment, I offer supervision online only.
