Counselling sessions are 50-minutes long and I see most clients weekly. My working week is from Monday to Thursday 11am 鈥 7pm and sessions are online video therapy. Sessions cost 拢50 each, although I can offer a concession for student counsellors.

I bring 15 years of experience as a counsellor, having worked extensively in both private practice and the NHS in the UK. My passion lies in providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental online space where you feel truly heard, regardless of your location within the UK or Europe.
In my experience, the patterns influencing our behaviour and relationships often stem from unconscious motivations, deeply rooted in past experiences, trauma, or unhelpful beliefs about ourselves and the world. My approach is designed to gently uncover and address these underlying factors.

I use an integrative model of therapy, meaning I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I carefully select and blend different therapeutic techniques (like CBT, psychodynamic, or person-centred elements) to create a personalised approach that genuinely fits your unique experiences and challenges. This collaborative process allows us to bring greater clarity and understanding to issues such as grief, relationship problems, self-esteem, and the impact of past events, empowering you to develop effective coping strategies and achieve lasting positive change.
