About me and my therapy practice

Integrative Clinical Supervisor | Neurodiversity-Affirming | Psychosexual, Individual & Couples Supervision

I am an experienced integrative supervisor offering clinical supervision to counsellors and other professionals across a range of disciplines. My supervision practice includes individual, couples, and psychosexual work, grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming, relational, and trauma-informed framework.

I aim to create a reflective, collaborative space where you feel respected, supported, and professionally nourished. Supervision with me is a place where you can safely explore your clinical work, develop your therapeutic identity, and feel held as a practitioner.

In our work together, I can support you to:

Conceptualise and make sense of clinical material

Explore and implement interventions that align with your modality and client needs

Identify, understand, and work with transference and countertransference

Cultivate creative thinking and deepen self-awareness

Navigate ethical challenges and clinical dilemmas

Develop and grow your private practice or professional path

Neurodiversity-Affirming Practice

As a neurodiversity-affirming supervisor, I recognise and celebrate neurological differences as part of human diversity—not deficits to be fixed. I aim to work in ways that are inclusive, respectful, and attuned to the needs of neurodivergent supervisees and clients. This means offering flexibility in how we work together, acknowledging diverse ways of thinking and processing, and staying curious rather than pathologising.

I believe the supervisory relationship is central to effective supervision. I offer a warm, compassionate and collaborative approach that adapts to your unique style of working. I aim for each session to leave you feeling encouraged, empowered, and connected to your work.
