I use Person-centred Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing).
I am an experienced therapist seeking to help you recover from difficult or traumatic experiences. Therapy with me will help you to understand yourself better. This in turn can help you to see new ways forward.
I seek to help you recover as quickly as possible and to provide a safe place for you to explore experiences and emotions.

My first session

I provide a safe boundaried space for clients to explore their challenges and work to understand themselves better. The aim is to help you improve your awareness so that you can make change.
I use Person-centred therapy and EMDR in my practice. EMDR is a great way to process past or more recent traumas.
I bring alot of experience to our work together, whilst also approaching a new client as an individual.

I generally work online for supervision but welcome face to face supervision.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced and qualified supervisor working with my supervisees to provide a safe place for them to explore issues and develop their practice. I work in the person-centred tradition but am open to working with individuals from all backgrounds. My experience is in trauma work, and also general counselling with many different types of issues.
All my work is collaborative and supportive. I build strong relationships with my supervisees which ensures safety for them and their clients.
Practice description
You should expect me to model strong boundaries and compassionate practice. I will be myself in supervision, sometimes sharing my own mistakes but always with an eye to the enhancement of your development as a therapist. I have alot of experience to share.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced and qualified supervisor working with my supervisees to provide a safe place for them to explore issues and develop. I work in the person-centred tradition but am open to working with individuals from all backgrounds. My experience is in trauma work. I have a space for a counselling student and further availability for qualified counsellors or psychotherapists.
Practice description
You can expect me to be warm and encouraging whilst gently challenging and boundaried. I will look to build trust between us and to empower you to make clinical decisions. I welcome the exploration of your personal material in so far as it is appropriate in supervision. Over the years I have been supported by fantastic supervisors and value the discipline - I know how important supervision is and I aim to provide a quality experience.
