About me and my therapy practice
About me and my therapy practice
I’m an integrative, trauma-informed psychotherapist with over 13 years’ experience working with adults and young people. My approach blends psychodynamic and somatic-based therapies, with elements of CBT & coaching woven in where helpful, all grounded in over 30 years of personal inner work and spiritual practice.
I work best with people who are ready to take responsibility for their inner healing and are committed to the ongoing process of self-therapy. My role is to hold a safe, compassionate and encouraging space for you to explore your inner world, meet your edges and move through stuck patterns.
This is deep work, not a quick fix. I bring a steady presence, clinical experience and intuitive insight to help you connect with what’s true beneath the surface.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, burnout, identity crisis, spiritual disconnection or awakening, I aim to meet you where you are and support your unfolding process.
My practice is where science meets spirituality, integrating nervous system awareness, attachment theory, parts work and mind-body connection with a respect for the deeper questions of meaning, purpose and inner transformation.
I currently have availability on a Monday only.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, depending on your needs.
My fees
50-minute online session: £70
50-minute face to face session: £80
Feel free to get in touch - I aim to get back to you within 24 hours or less.

Practice description
Therapy with me is a collaborative, compassionate and honest space. You can expect a grounded, non-judgemental presence and a space where all parts of you are welcome. I offer guidance and insight when it’s helpful, while also supporting you to explore your own inner process at a pace that feels safe and respectful.
There is an emphasis on nervous system regulation as a foundation for the work. We begin by developing awareness of your body's signals and building the capacity to stay present, so that deeper emotional and relational patterns can be explored from a more resourced place.
Sessions are led by what arises in the moment. I listen closely to both what’s spoken and what’s held in the body. Together we’ll explore your inner world.
I work relationally and intuitively, informed by psychodynamic theory, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed practice. I also integrate elements of CBT and coaching when appropriate to support practical change.
You can expect encouragement, reflection, honest feedback and a willingness to meet what’s real - including discomfort, resistance or uncertainty. My style is warm, attuned and gently challenging when needed. This is a space for your truth, your process and your growth.
Therapy is a commitment, not a quick fix. I work best with people who are open to doing the inner work between sessions and who are curious about what drives their feelings, behaviours and patterns.
If this resonates, please feel free to get in touch - I aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

Practice description
My approach to supervision
I am familiar with a variety of theories and competencies needed to be a safe and effective supervisor including working with: 'authority' in the supervisory relationship, transference and countertransference in the therapeutic relationship, working with the clients/supervisee needs, while taking a cross-modal approach to working with supervisees from various theoretical approaches.
As your supervisor, I will ensure that you feel able;
To work safely, legally, and ethically as a supervisor
To work with implicit aspects of the client and therapeutic relationship.
To develop your self-awareness and intuition as a counsellor.
To apply theory, research, and theoretical skills to the therapeutic relationship.
To work self-reflectively as a counsellor.
To work safely, legally, and ethically as a counsellor.
To develop your self-awareness and intuition as a counsellor.
And, to feel safe and empowered in your practice.
A collaborative approach
I believe supervision is a collaborative process, and as the supervisor I will facilitate and guide you to learn and develop confidence as an independent practitioner.
The supervision relationship is a unique one and I believe it has to feel right in order for you to be yourself and feel confident to bring what you want to the session and ask for what you need in each session without fear of being judged or shamed.
I always offer non-judgmental and humanistic supervision, I like to offer constructive feedback and encouragement to ensure your self-development both as an individual and as a counsellor.
Session details
I am currently offering supervision online via Zoom and would be happy to provide either one-hour monthly supervision (alongside own group supervision provision) or the Â鶹Դ´ 1.5 hour requirement for monthly supervision.
My fee is £60 for a 60-minute session or £85 for the Â鶹Դ´ recommended 1.5-hour monthly supervision.

We will also ensure that we're a good fit to work together and together decide on a suitable way forward for your supervision journey.
