About me and my therapy practice
​I am an experienced psychotherapist​ and I effectively help women and men who want to ​understand and fulfil ​their personal potential and ​want to reach optimal levels of their mental​ and physical health​.
I have completed five years of training in Psychotherapy and have been registered with Âé¶¹Ô´´ since 2014. Also I have metabolic health training. My background is in Psychology (MSc), teaching and research.

I use an integrative approach with an application of leading theories and practices. ​During our therapy sessions we will explore topics or issues​ you want to address, your goals, your wishes, your expectations. While effectively addressing specific objectives, the therapy process ​will enhance your resilience​​, adaptability and your overall wellbeing.
Couples Therapy
I help couples improve their relationship by understanding patterns of communication and emotional responses. In a safe therapy space both partners are invited to express their concerns, feelings and needs. I provide facilitation for constructive dialogue and guidance toward a fulfilling relationship.
