About me and my therapy practice

I believe in working with the ‘whole’ person as opposed to fixing an issue. It takes an awful lot of courage to decide that the time is right to take a journey in to ‘self’ and I am experienced to accompany you on your very personal journey.

My area of interest is based in the neuroscience of early trauma and attachment and the spiralling effect it can have on later life choices.

I believe that given the right conditions, congruence; empathy; curiosity; knowledge and greater understanding; an accepting environment; a readiness and determination to work, that positive life change can most certainly occur.
