About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced trauma informed somatic counsellor and clinical supervisor working with adults and adolescents. Helping with relationships, trauma, depression, self harm, anxiety, abuse, and more.

I have experience of working within a primary and secondary school setting, EAP work and private practise, together with supervising for a local counselling training centre.

My first session

I offer a initial 15 minute telephone or online conversation which is free of charge before sessions commence.
