About me and my therapy practice

I have been practising as an integrative psychotherapist for 25 years. During this time I have worked with a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, family separation and estrangement. I have a particular interest in working with childlessness whether it be infertility or or the childfree choice. Being a parent can also be very demanding so I am interested in working with those who might find this role complex to manage. I am also interest in the those who facing the challenges of ageing and how to explore this new life stage.

Practice description

I provide a 50 minute session where you can explore whatever it is you want to bring. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is important.

My first session

I charge the same fee for the first session but will also provide a phone call prior to the first session to explore any concerns or questions you may have.
