About me and my therapy practice

I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental and collaborative space where you can explore whatever you need.

I specialise in working with loss, death and bereavement, as well as addictive behaviours and substance dependency. I also have experience supporting people who have experienced sex trafficking, trauma and abuse, and those navigating questions around gender identity, sexuality and LGBTQ+ issues.

I have particular experience and understanding of neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism, and I am neurodiverse myself.

I work with adults aged 18 and over across a wide range of concerns, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, post-traumatic stress (PTSD OR CPTSD), relationships, self-esteem, identity, mood difficulties, health and disability, work-related issues, redundancy, personal development and life transitions.

I also welcome clients exploring spirituality, sexuality, gender identity and other aspects of who they are. I also support people who are experiencing difficulties around their relationship with AI, including emotional reliance, excessive or compulsive use, reassurance-seeking, and uncertainty around where healthy boundaries with AI may lie.

Practice description

My approach is tailored to each individual.

I offer both short- and long-term counselling, with sessions available weekly or fortnightly. Sessions are 50 minutes and can be offered face-to-face, online via video, or through walk-and-talk therapy.

I also work with organisations where appropriate.

My first session

I offer a free 15-minute video call if you are considering counselling and wish to see whether we might be a good fit.
